Although several delegates were delayed, the event proceeded with some last-minute changes to the itinerary which Buckmark was happy to accommodate.
A twin screen rear-projection set included a digital print of the artwork on the new pizza-boxes, and the stage was built to replicate the shape of the pizza-boxes.
Delegates enjoyed a live pizza cook-off demonstration which was linked by ENG camera into the main auditorium.
An evening Gala Awards Dinner centred around recognition was high-achievers throughout 2008.
The evening was rounded off with a Charity Auction.
Buckmark has been asked to work with Papa John’s on next year’s event, as well as provide ongoing support with training DVDs.
